About NOCHC, INC
New Orleans Center for Hope and Changes, INC. is a CARF Accredited and LDH Licensed Mental Health Rehabilitation (MHR). We are responsible for assuring the delivery of community based mental health, crisis intervention and stabilization, and/or behavioral health services to individuals within the individual’s home, school, and/or community, as needed.

We specialize in dedicated services for children and adults ages 6 and up.
Our Mission
Our goal is to improve the functioning of our clients by teaching the necessary skills and linking them to community resources so that they can be successful and satisfied in their daily living environments.
